Simulaids Pneumothorax Replacement Pump

The Pneumothorax Replacement Pump is a specialized medical training device designed to simulate the effects of a pneumothorax and the procedures used to manage it. This pump is used in conjunction with medical training manikins to provide realistic practice scenarios for healthcare professionals learning to diagnose and treat pneumothorax. Features: Realistic Simulation: Simulates the development of a pneumothorax (air in the pleural space) by creating a controlled environment that replicates the clinical presentation of the condition. Adjustable Settings: Allows for adjustment of the amount of simulated air and pressure, enabling a range of scenarios from minor to severe pneumothorax. Easy Operation: Designed for ease of use, enabling trainers to adjust settings quickly and accurately during practice sessions. Durable Construction: Made from high-quality materials to ensure reliability and longevity during frequent use in training environments. Compatibility: Designed to work with specific medical training manikins that include pneumothorax simulation capabilities. Tactile Feedback: Provides realistic tactile feedback to simulate the feeling of air being introduced into the pleural space, aiding in the development of proper treatment techniques. Educational Value: Helps trainees understand the physiology of pneumothorax and practice interventions such as needle decompression or chest tube insertion. Model Number: 150-1804
