Here! Take This! (NIV)

Here! Take this! “What’s this?” “Read it. It’ll change your life!” “Change my life?” “Why would I want to do that?” “I like my life just the way it is, thank you.” “...well, most of my life anyway.” “Okay, maybe there are some parts I’d like to change.” “But I’m not going to let a little cartoon booklet tell me how to change them."  “Well, maybe just a peek wouldn’t hurt.” Here is the good news: “Hmmm… The bible says…” “God created each of us to be in a loving relationship with him.” “God so loved the world…”(John 3:16) “But we rebel against God’s plan for our lives by seeking our own desires first.” “But your iniquities have separated you from your God…”(Isaiah 59:2)  “God sent His only Son, Jesus, to bear the punishment we each deserve fro this rebellion.” “When we were still powerless, Christ died for the ungodly.” (Romans 5:6) “Hmmm… Jesus died on the cross on my behalf… then He rose from the grave to give me eternal life.”  “Christ died for our sins… He was buried… He raised on the third day according to the scriptures.” (1 Corinthians 15:3,4)  “For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Christ Jesus our Lord.” (Romans 6:23)  “The good news is that if we place our trust in Jesus to save us, we will live with God in Heaven for all eternity.” “Whoever believes in the Son has eternal life.” (John 3:36)  “Wow! This is good news!”  “Dear Lord, thank You for sending Your Son to die for me. I now turn from my sin and place my trust in Jesus Christ to be my savior...Amen.” “Here! Take this! It’ll change your life!”
