Backstory / History PMC Head 17 is the fixer — a contractor who operates at the intersection of security, local knowledge, and strategic relationship-building in environments where knowing the right people at the right time is the difference between mission success and an international incident. Part security consultant, part cultural advisor, part political operator, he has spent years building contacts across governments, militias, criminal networks, and tribal hierarchies in the world's most complicated regions. He rarely needs to fire a weapon because he has usually already solved the problem three moves back. An unusual and sophisticated sculpt for collectors who want their PMC diorama to have the full range of capabilities that real-world private military companies actually deploy.
