Jazz Combo | Medium | Item JB2001 Description "Plumber" is a veritable plunger fest for your trombone section. It's a swingin' minor-bluesy chart with a bass line reminiscent of "Hit the Road Jack". The icing on the cake is the wailing shout chorus a la Jay & Kai + 6. This chart is scored to work well with 4 or 5 trombones (+ rhythm section). The range demands are modest. "Plumber" was commissioned by the fantastic Continental Trombone Quartet and recorded on their self-titled CD, featuring soloist Jim Pugh. 6 mins View Score Additional Info Composed by: Rick Hirsch Arranged by: Rick Hirsch Ensemble: Jazz Combo Format: Conductor Score & Parts Parts included: Trombones 1, 2, 3, 4 Bass Trombone Tenor Sax [sub. for Tbn.3] Bari Sax.
