International Chocolate Award Bronze Medalist! Local tea blender KTeas has done many pairings with us and one tea we love very much is the plum rooibos. It shines fruity, clean, purple plummy-nommy which translates fantasically within our dark chocolate ganache. We've extended the season for these tasty truffles since we heard they won in the ICA.
