TRUE PLS-1000 Hack Squat

The True Fitness PLS-1000 Hack Squat from the Palladium Series delivers biomechanically sound, lower-body strength training with a premium blend of functionality and user comfort. Designed for commercial-grade performance, this plate-loaded machine empowers users to build quads, glutes, and hamstrings with maximum power and minimal spinal load. Its low-profile, easy entry/exit design enhances accessibility, while the angled back pad shifts the weight load through the hips—not the spine—helping reduce pressure on the lower back. This makes the PLS-1000 ideal for both high-intensity strength programs and rehabilitation-friendly applications. Built with high-grade linear bearings gliding over hardened steel shafts, the seat assembly delivers smooth, friction-free travel—ensuring consistent performance rep after rep. The oversized foot platform features a non-skid surface to accommodate a variety of foot positions for targeted lower-body development. The 4-position adjustable safety stop gives users full control over their range of motion, enhancing training safety and customization. Key Features: Ergonomic Back Pad Positioning Displaces force through the hips instead of the spine to reduce compression and protect the lower back. Low-Profile Access Allows for smooth entry and exit, ideal for users of all experience levels. Oversized Non-Skid Foot Platform Supports multiple foot placements for exercise variation—target quads, glutes, or hamstrings. Smooth Linear Bearing System High-grade linear bearings on hardened steel shafts ensure precise, fluid seat movement under load. Adjustable Safety Stop Four settings allow users to customize the bottom depth of their squat, improving safety and range-of-motion control. Customizable Finish Options Matte black powder coat standard, with optional frame and upholstery colors available to match facility branding.
