TRUE PLS-0300 Lat Pulldown

Designed for advanced biomechanics and sleek aesthetics, the True Fitness PLS-0300 Lat Pulldown from the Palladium Series delivers a premium back-training experience with smooth, natural motion that recruits more muscle and reduces strain on the joints. Whether you're outfitting a high-end training facility or upgrading your strength circuit, this machine offers elite functionality wrapped in modern design. The independent unilateral pull arms diverge at 17.5° per side, mimicking the body's natural pulling path and enabling a deeper, more complete lat contraction. This movement pattern encourages greater muscle recruitment while minimizing joint stress—ideal for athletes, everyday lifters, and physical therapy environments alike. Users benefit from the 4-position adjustable thigh pad, which secures the lower body for stability during heavy pulls, and the 6-position gas-assisted seat, which adjusts effortlessly to fit users of all sizes. Four integrated weight storage horns keep plates organized and off the floor, supporting a clean, efficient training space.
