Platypus 3L Quickdraw Gravity Filter System

The multi-compatible QuickDraw 3L Gravity Filter System is the most versatile ultralight gravity filter on the market. Able to convert from a gravity system to a squeeze setup when you want it, it can do it all with your preferred bottles and reservoirs. At the core of the system is the iconic fast-flowing hollow fiber QuickDraw Filter. The 3L dirty reservoir’s hang handle makes for quick-and-easy hang-ups and is sized for comfortable carrying when it’s full. The handle easily detaches to make compressing and rolling the reservoir down hassle-free when you opt for squeeze filtering. The QuickDraw filter can attach to many different bottles and reservoirs with its I/O (inner/outer) threads on the dirty side and the ConnectCap™ on the clean side. For added versatility, the system’s hose is fitted with a quick connector that attaches to any hydration reservoir with a quick disconnect, as well as clicking into the QuickDraw’s Bottle Adapter. The Bottle Adapter is multi-compatible and vented, meaning common hard-sided wide-mouth bottles and narrow-mouth bottles are all game to hold your freshly filtered water. The system is built to be safe, effortless, and long-lasting. Two cleaning methods—shake-to-clean and backflushing—keep the filter flowing fast throughout your trip, while the Integrity Check process allows you to ensure it’s still safely filtering water. If there ever was one, the QuickDraw 3L Gravity Filter System is the one backcountry water filter that does it all. Fast, safe and easy ultralight gravity filter system with multi-vessel compatibility.  Combine & Customize: I/O threads, the ConnectCap™, quick connector-fitted hose, and the Bottle Adapter let you dial in your custom leak-free system using the clean and dirty vessels you prefer, like smartwater® bottles, Platy bottles, and quick disconnect-fitted hydration reservoirs. Premium 3L Reservoir: Proprietary tri-layer film dirty reservoir has a detachable hydrophobic hang handle, an easy-fill wide-mouth opening, and is super durable and packable—plus it’s guaranteed plastic-taste-free. Ultralight: At just 8.2 oz (233 g), it supports larger groups with clean water without weighing you down. Fast Flowing: Hollow fibers filter 1.75 liters per minute in a gravity setup and 3 liters per minute with squeeze pressure. Easy Cleaning: Easily shake-to-clean the system or backflush it to keep the water flowing fast throughout your trip. Safe & Effective: Each filter is individually tested to ensure it meets all EPA & NSF guidelines for the removal of 99.9999% of bacteria and 99.9% of protozoa.* Integrity Test: Unlike other squeeze filters, easily determine if your filter has been compromised from a fall or freezing by performing a simple integrity test. Compatible Vessels: QuickDraw reservoirs, smartwater® bottles and other narrow-mouth 28mm bottles, Platy 2.0L, Platy SoftBottle™, Platy Water Tank, wide-mouth bottles like Nalgene®, Hydro Flask® and Yeti®, quick disconnect-fitted hydration reservoirs like the Big Zip™ EVO.
