The tingling is a temporary sensation that comes with the formula. Niacin may also create short-lived warmth or flushing if the product extends beyond the lip border. Does it add any color? No. It is a clear gloss, so it works on its own or under a lip product without changing the shade. The Vermillion Lip Plump is the tinted version of the same treatment. Can I wear it under lipstick? Yes. Wear it alone, or let it absorb and then layer another lip product over it. What is in the formula? The highlighted ingredients are mixed molecular weight hyaluronic acid, niacin, vitamin B5 and ceramides. The brand does not publish a complete online INCI list, so check the packaging for the full current list. How much product is in the tube? 3 mL / 0.10 oz.
