Platinum Assassin - Gateway 172.86g

| Home | Gateway | Assassin | Color: Sky Blue/Bronze speed: 9 glide: 6 turn: -1 fade: 1 The Assassin is a controllable distance driver that offers a fairly neutral flight path combined with excellent glide, making it perfect for straight fairway drives or powering up for a long turnover drive. Its smooth, moderate dome and semi-wide wing make it comfortable in the hand. If you like the Sabre but want something easier to really wing out there, the Assassin is your disc. You will find it to be surprisingly stable even in lighter weights. No PDGA specifications available Dominess: 3 Platinum The Platinum blend is made with different ratios of TPU (Thermoplastic Urethane) and a co-polyester TPE (Thermoplastic Elastomer). This combo produces a durable disc that is a bit more grippy on the surface than pure TPU. Platinum discs are always solid in color and are slightly less stable than Diamond and more over stable than Suregrip. Gateway As their name implies Gateway is based in St. Louis and has been active in the disc golf community since 1994. When they're not busy help design disc golf courses (the current count is over 90!) they have created a special line of discs including their popular putter the Wizard. They were the first to develop wide-winged drivers to battle wicked headwinds and currently have over 32 PDGA-approved models available in three plastic blends: Diamond, Platinum and Sure Grip. They've recently started working with hemp polymers which is sure to attract a, uh... um... new market of players. | Home | Gateway | Assassin |
