Do you have an existing pulley system but wish it was plate loaded? The Bridge Plate Coaster is your answer! Without the need of any tools, the Plate Coaster can be added to any 3x3" rack or rig system adding a plate loaded feature to your pulley in just a matter of seconds. And since the uprights are used as a guide, this eliminates the sway you get from traditional loading pin style pulley systems allowing you to take your pulley exercises to the next level!
