Plate 32 | Light blue | Floral | 14.5" x 9.5" Platter | Fits 1-5 Pets - 1 available

PLEASE READ DETAILS BELOW BEFORE ORDERING! I'm so excited you're trusting me to paint your heirloom piece of art :) Please make sure you read all the details below before placing your order so that you understand the process. If you have any questions, feel free to email me at tulipsandtillie@gmail.com! I can paint pets, animals, home / venues, crests / monograms, and landscapes. I do not paint people. Photo above shows details of plate including: - Size and weight - Starting quantity available - Number of pets that can be painted on the plate ( +$55 per extra pet. More details below) Unless you tell me otherwise, I automatically add texture and gold embellishments to the plate's design.  The plate designs are customizable. You can add in additional colors or adjust the existing palette so they match your home! You can also add in additional elements / motifs such as florals, greenery, stripes, your pet's name, etc..   Plates are hand-picked by me from antique and thrift stores.  - Because these plates are used and some are vintage, please note that they are not perfect and can come with minor flaws including scratches and small chips. This adds character <3 If a plate has a chip, it will be filled.   For decorative use only. Not food safe. Plates are varnished for protection Plates DO NOT come with hangers or plate holders. You can find those online at places like Amazon. Please note the weight when choosing how to hang. I do not recommend using duct tape or hot glue. Been there, done that! I recommend using Disc hangers so the edges of the plate don't get scratched.  THE PROCESS  YOU MUST READ TO PLACE AN ORDER STEP ONE: Book your month. This is under a separate listing named "STEP ONE" where you will claim your spot. It is here where you will claim your spot for July, August, or September. This allows me to keep a limit for each month. Once a month is sold out, it will be marked as such, and you'll need to select the following month. IMPORTANT: If you purchase a plate without booking a month, you will be placed on the list for the next available spot/month.  STEP TWO: Choose your plate. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Make sure to check your spam/promotion folder.  IMPORTANT: You must both book your month under "STEP ONE" and purchase your plate to book your spot. If you do not choose a plate, you are not officially booked.  IF YOU WOULD LIKE MORE THAN ONE PET ON A PLATE: First check the photo to see how many pets are allowed. Each plate automatically comes with one pet included in the price. However, if you wish to add additional pets to that same plate, it is an additional $55 charge per extra pet. There is a separate listing called "ADDITIONAL PETS" where you can select how many additional pets you would like to add.  STEP THREE: Please email your pet/reference photos to tulipsandtillie@gmail.com. I paint the photo you send so please make sure it is clear and they are positioned where I can see their details. Feel free to send more than one photo for reference backups. If your pet has passed on and you don't have any good photos, I will do my best to make it as accurate as possible. A guide with photo tips will be emailed to you after your purchase! I will email you back to let you know I received your photos. Please allow 1 week for me to email you to let you know your photos are good to go.  TIMELINE: I start plate orders the 1st of that month you book. For example, if you are booked for July, you will be batched in with the group to start the 1st of July. The month prior I will send you a form to fill out regarding the details I need to know to get started (color palette, etc.). PAINTING TIME: Orders will take between 4-8 weeks to be painted. This time allows me to ensure your piece is heirloom-worthy and something you will love. Due to the nature of how I paint, I do not share process photos. APPROVAL PHOTO: After I finish painting your order, you will receive a photo to approve. You are allowed up to 3 minor changes that can include adjusting the color palette, adding additional embellishments, and adjusting minor pet details (color/texture of fur, etc.). However, any larger changes/redos require an additional charge.  SHIPPING: Once you approve, your order will be packaged and shipped to the address you provided. Please allow 2-5 business days after approval for me to varnish and package your order. All plates will have a flat $25 shipping fee at checkout. This covers shipping cost and ensures they are packaged to get to your home safely!  For Charleston, SC Studio pick-up apply the code CHSPICKUP at check-out I typically use UPS. Please be aware that I cannot control your order once it is in their hands. If there is an issue with the shipping, I will do my best to troubleshoot with you. REFUNDS: Because these are custom and made/claimed just for you, all sales are final unless there is an issue with your order (comes broken, etc.) If that happens, we will discuss solutions.
