Plain Jane Personalized Wine Tag

Here's the thing about wine as a gift: By the time she actually opens that bottle (... three months later ... for book club... ), she has absolutely no idea who gave it to her. A personalized tag fixes that.  Special note about this design, the Plain Jane: It's infinitely customizable. Really. You can print just about anything you want on this tag, in any font or color. As long as it wouldn't make your grandma blush. PERSONALIZATION: Use the fields below to add name (or initials), font, and color notes. We'll send you a proof by email within 2 days. NOTE: Personalized items take a few extra days for production; products typically ship within a week of order. Personalized items are not returnable.
