Swarovski® crystal is used exclusively, yes, even on our plain hair bows. Lastly, all of our hair bows are manufactured in the USA. Our bows are designed to coordinate with our harness and collar designs. Price is for 1 hair bow, as we no longer require you to purchase a pair!
