Pizza for Everyone

Pizza for Everyone is the long-lost church cookbook for those who grew up on the tavern-cut slices of Chicagoland. It's 200 comb-bound pages of recipes, essays, and art on the subjects, of pizza, Chicago, and pizza in Chicago. Includes recipes for making tavern-style pizza, deep dish, Detroit squares, and more. Plus notes on frozen pizza, dank corner bars, and why the 1992 X-Men arcade game is the peak of the form. Dimensions: 5.5 x 8.5 x 1", 200 pages Materials: Spiral-bound book   Crust Fund Pizza (Ravenswood) John Carruthers is the proprietor of Crust Fund Pizza, a secret alley-based popup that slings square-cut pizza for community causes. He's written a lot of things for a lot of places, but mostly just wants to make pizzas. Zach Sherwood is a designer and pizza believer in Chicago. He explores the intersection of design, art, and the perfect corner slice with sausage and giardiniera. He is presently the top and only designer in the church cookbook game.
