Pixboom Spark High-Speed Cinema Camera Capture motion like never before with the Pixboom Spark High-Speed Cinema Camera, a compact yet powerful slow-motion production tool designed for filmmakers, commercial creators, VFX teams, and scientific imaging professionals. Built around a Super 35 global shutter sensor, the Spark delivers ultra-high frame rates, cinematic image quality, and professional connectivity in a rugged, lightweight body. Whether you’re shooting action sports, product splashes, wildlife behavior, or stylized commercial visuals, the Pixboom Spark enables dramatic slow-motion capture with exceptional detail and motion clarity. The Pixboom Spark is ideal for high-speed cinematography, slow motion commercial production, scientific imaging, product splash photography, and action sports filmmaking. Designed for Ultra-Slow Motion Cinematography At the core of the Pixboom Spark is a 14.2MP Super 35mm global shutter CMOS sensor capable of recording at up to 670 fps in 4.6K open gate and over 2,000 fps in 2K resolutions, allowing creators to slow down fast-moving subjects with remarkable precision. Global shutter technology eliminates rolling-shutter distortion, making it ideal for high-speed action, VFX plates, fluid dynamics, and motion analysis workflows where accuracy is critical. Cinematic Image Quality and Flexible Recording The Spark records compressed RAW footage directly to high-speed removable media at data rates up to 10 GB/s, enabling continuous recording workflows and efficient post-production grading. With approximately 13 stops of dynamic range and dual native ISO performance, the camera delivers clean images across a wide range of lighting conditions — from controlled studio environments to demanding outdoor shoots. Professional Connectivity and Monitoring Designed for modern production environments, the Pixboom Spark features robust connectivity options including: 12G-SDI and HDMI 2.0 outputs for 4K monitoring USB-C media offload up to 20Gbps Wi-Fi remote control and preview Genlock, timecode, and GPIO support via EXT port An integrated 3.5" high-resolution touchscreen display provides intuitive camera control and monitoring directly from the body. Compact, Modular, and Production-Ready Constructed from precision-machined aluminum alloy, the Pixboom Spark weighs under 1.1 kg and supports interchangeable E-mount or PL-mount lens systems, offering flexibility for a wide range of cinematic optics.
