Pitfall Mayan Adventure - Super Nintendo

Pitfall: The Mayan Adventure is a Super Nintendo platformer starring Harry Jr. in an action-focused rescue mission. The game sends him through rain forests, mines, waterfalls, and ruins while Pitfall Harry is held captive by the spirit of an evil Mayan warrior. Cleaned, tested, and guaranteed to play. Authentic cartridge. Side-scrolling platform gameplay emphasizes vine swinging, bungee jumps, mine cart rides, and quick hazard dodging. The adventure spans five action-packed worlds built around Mayan ruins, jungle paths, waterfalls, and underground mine areas. Enemies and hazards include sinister gargoyles, deadly crocodiles, ghostly skeletons, fiery pendulums, and the wall of tongues. The entire original Atari 2600 version of Pitfall! is hidden within the game as an unlockable bonus. Features animation by Kroyer Films and a soundtrack by Soundelux Media Labs. This Super Nintendo entry connects the 16-bit Pitfall adventure with the original Atari 2600 game through its hidden bonus version. Its mix of jungle platforming, trap-heavy stages, and mine cart sequences gives the Pitfall series a distinctly 1990s action style.
