Pirastro Original Flexocor Bass Strings Set

The Pirastro Original Flexocor Bass String Set is a trusted choice for bassists seeking powerful projection, fast response, and a traditional orchestral sound. These strings feature a high-tensile carbon steel rope core wound with chrome steel, providing durability, flexibility, and consistent performance. Designed as an outstanding arco string, Original Flexocor bass strings can withstand a powerful and heavy bowing arm while delivering a brilliant sound with a short sustain for clean articulation and clarity. Their powerful sound and great projection produce a big tone volume that carries confidently in orchestral settings. These bass strings are instantly playable and absolutely stable, offering immediate response and secure intonation. With a very quick response, slightly quicker than Original Flat-Chrome strings, they provide precise control and confidence at all dynamic levels.
