Piranha Abrasives Sharpening Stone

Piranha Abrasives Sharpening Stone The Piranha Sharpening Stone is a crucial component of the Piranha product line. It extends the life and enhances the cutting quality of diamond tools used to cut porcelain or ultra-compact materials. Features When the cutting performance of your Diamond Blade, Coring Bit, or Grinding Cup declines, it's frequently the result of a dull segment rather than a dead segment Only use to sharpen/dress diamond abrasives For dry and wet sharpening How to use Reduce your tool's RPM to half its maximum speed Make sure to run your segment through the Sharpening Stone at least twice. (When using blades, slowly move the short length across the width of the stone.) Use water if you are sharpening your Diamond Segment for wet use only. Sharpen your diamond segments dry for items that are used both wet and dry. Do not use the sharpening stone on vacuum-brazed or electroplated diamond segments After your segment has been sharpened, test it on a small portion of the working material to ensure that the segment restoration meets your needs
