From the Artist: "Pink Orchid" is a fun play on all shades of pink! It is from my Geometric series. This oil on canvas triptych is framed as one piece. The Geometric series marks the start of my professional art journey, inspired by my years as a financial analyst. The strong vertical and horizontal lines echo the structure and rigidity of that world—full of math, strategy, and routine. These paintings use bold, eclectic colors to balance the repetitive patterns, reflecting the mix of predictability and surprise in corporate life. For me, the Geometric works became a way to process my past and rebuild my creative voice. Though rooted in order, the textures and colors create lively, layered compositions—like abstract landscapes or vibrant quilts—that invite deeper exploration.
