Pink Coarse Sugar Crystals

Pink Coarse Sugar Crystals give an elegant shine and sparkle to cookies, cupcakes, cakes, and dipped chocolate treats. Coarse sugar crystals are great for holiday cookie baking, you can bake them right onto cookies and they won't melt! To bake these pink sugar sprinkles onto your cookies, just paint an egg wash onto unbaked dough and roll or sprinkle on the sugar crystals, it's so easy! Coarse sugar is larger than sanding sugar. The granules are about the size of pretzel salt. Contains 4 Ounces of Sugar Crystals. Packaged in a food-safe resealable zippy bag that is heat-sealed. Can be sprinkled onto cookies before baking. One package is equal to about a 1/2 cup and will cover approximately two to three dozen cupcakes with modest sprinkling.
