Pinhook 2024 Collaboration Series No. 3

Pinhook Collaboration Series No. 3 is a distinctive expression from the innovative team at Pinhook, known for their dedication to sourcing and curating exceptional barrels of whiskey. This series is emblematic of Pinhook's foundational ethos, which marries creativity with a keen eye for quality through the practice of "pinhooking"—a term borrowed from horse racing where promising horses are identified and purchased with the hope that they will succeed in future races. The Collaboration Series No. 3 continues this tradition by focusing on the art of blending and proofing unique whiskies, with each batch representing a partnership with other craft distillers or an exploration of unique aging processes and flavor profiles. This series exemplifies Pinhook's commitment to the craft whiskey movement, highlighting their expertise in selecting and nurturing fine whiskey with patience and a touch of luck. Each release in the Collaboration Series is a limited edition, offering whiskey enthusiasts a taste of rare, carefully crafted spirits that showcase complex flavor profiles ranging from bold and spicy to smooth and sweet, depending on the nature of the collaboration and the barrels selected. This makes each bottle not just a beverage, but a collector's item and a snapshot of a particular moment in the craft whiskey landscape.
