Pine Tar Bar Soap (Cold Process)

This bar of soap is unscented Please keep soap either in soap bag and hang to dry in between uses or use a soap dish to allow the soap to dry between each use. By doing this, it will allow the soap to dry completely. In return, the soap will stay hard and last longer. Ingredients: Saponified Lard, Saponified Coconut Oil, Saponified Sunflower Oil, Pine Tar, Ground Oatmeal, Sodium Lactate, Sodium Citrate (citric acid used as a chelating agent) About Our Soaps: Our handmade bar soaps are made using the cold process method. Each one is designed and made in Southern Chesapeake, VA. We make our soaps in small batches and allow them to cure for 4-6 weeks minimum before you can purchase. By doing this, it allows the soap qualities to become even better with the curing process. Each and every ingredient is picked with care and attention. Each and every fragrance is phthalate free. To help in the aid of soap scum we have added Citric Acid to our formulation. When citric acid is mixed with lye is creates Sodium Citrate, which is a natural chelating agent. Please note that we do not make any claims with our products. All information stated on our page is from research that I have personally done and why I have included them in our products. The only claim that we will stand behind is that our soaps will clean your body. Please make sure that you do your own research prior to purchase.
