Pine bark mulch is made from ½” and smaller pieces of chopped pine bark. It is light brown/orange in color and has a coarse texture. This type of mulch weighs less than other mulches and allows for good air and water movement. We recommend using mulch to top dress your landscape beds after planting to add color and help the soil retain moisture and prevent weed growth.
