Pilot Vanishing Point Red Gold - Fountain Pen

The popular Pilot Vanishing Point series combines the elegance of a fountain pen with the ease of a ballpoint, and all at a very attractive price. Each pen is equipped with a solid gold 18k nib, and utilizes a ballpoint-type mechanism that allows the pen to be ready to write with just one easy click. The Pilot Vanishing Point in Red with Gold Trim is a classic, regal color combination. This is not the bright, fiery red of the Vivid Red 2009 Limited Edition, but is rather more subtle and quiet in its elegance. Take a closer look at the double gold band. Together, the red and gold bring an almost vintage presence to a modern pen. One of the most innovative fountain pens available, the Vanishing Point utilizes a ballpoint-type mechanism that allows the pen to be ready to write with just one easy click. This makes it a great pen for doctors, technicians, construction managers, or just anyone with an on-the-go lifestyle. The Pilot Vanishing Point Red with Gold Trim Fountain Pen is available with your choice of solid gold 18k nib unit. Extra nib units with converters are available and easily interchangeable in this beautiful and functional pen. Vanishing Point nibs are well-suited to customizations including Stub, Cursive Italic, or Left Oblique - see our nib customizations page for more information.
