PILOT MAJETEK

On 1 April 1935, LONGINES registered the Pilot Majetek model with the International Bureau of Industrial Property in Bern, Switzerland. Initially designed for aviators, this timepiece has gradually won over a wider public looking for a reliable, robust and precise watch. Almost a century later, the brand has revived this unique pilot's watch with completely revised technical and ergonomic features. A major technical challenge, its bidirectional fluted bezel with internal “starting time indicator”, mounted on a cushion-shaped case, asserts its innovative character and recalls the 1935 model that inspired it. These chronometer-certified watches are powered by an exclusive LONGINES calibre equipped with a silicon balance-spring and resistant to magnetic fields.   CASE Shape: Round Material: Titanium Glass: Scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, with several layers of anti-reflective coating on both sides Case Back: Screw-down and transparent with sapphire crystal case back Dimension: Ø 43.00 mm Lug distance: 22 mm Lug-to-lug: 51.40 mm Thickness: 13.30 mm Water Resistance: Water-resistant to 10 bar Case Specificities: Screw-in crown Weight: 78.7 g   DIAL & HANDS Dial color: Black matt Hour markers: Engraved Arabic numerals Hands: PVD Grey polished hands Specificities: Swiss Super-LumiNova® MOVEMENT & FUNCTIONS Movement Type: Automatic Functions: Hours, minutes, small seconds at 6 o'clock Caliber: L893 Movement Description: Self-winding mechanical movement beating at 25'200 vibrations per hour, with a monocrystalline silicon balance-spring power reserve up to 72 hours STRAP  Bracelet/Strap: Strap Material: Nylon strap Buckle: With buckle REF: L28381532
