Pilates & Pints with Greenpoint Pilates Studio

Join Allyn Wong, owner of Greenpoint Pilates Studio, Greenpoint’s premier Classical Pilates studio, at Talea Brewery for their signature fun and athletic full-body mat class - followed by a fun hang out with drinks by Talea! This session will follow classical Pilates principles while blending contemporary movement concepts in a way that empowers all practitioners to feel strong, knowledgeable, and joyful in their bodies and movement. You can expect full-body mobility, controlled abdominal strengthening, and feel-good stretch and lengthening work! Please note that this class will be suitable for all levels, with variations and challenges offered along the way - but it will not be suitable for those who are pre/postnatal or dealing with an injury and haven’t been cleared by their doctor.
