Made in the USA.  Paint Couture Pigment Medium is a versatile, water-based fixative medium designed to transform powdered pigments into a variety of decorative finishes. This clear, glossy medium is ideal for use as a fixitive for mixing with art mica powders, pigment powders and metal pigments, allowing you to customize the consistency for countless creative applications. Can also be used as a topcoat. Glossy when dry. When blended with a small amount of powder, Pigment Medium creates a smooth, shimmering paint perfect for adding metallic accents and luminous color. For dimensional techniques, simply increase the amount of powder to create a thicker paste that can be applied through stencils to produce raised textures and decorative effects. Once dry, the finish becomes water-resistant, making it suitable for a wide range of mixed-media, furniture, home décor, and craft projects.
