Picnic Board with Knife

There is nothing like having a picnic outdoors. However, carrying everything you need for a picnic can be a daunting task. This wooden cutting board with knife slot (Knife included) helps you carry two crucial items at once and keeps you safe from a sharp knife in your carry-on bag. Handmade by talented Guatemalan artisans, it is decorative and very functional. This handmade wooden cutting board is unique for its combination of woods. The section of the board that is for cutting is made of palo blanco wood and the space for the knife is made of rum wood. The combination of the two woods provides a strong contrast between the soft, pale yellow of the palo blanco and the dark brown red of the rum wood. Both woods are awarded for their durability.
