A dark, robust ale with a subtle chocolate malt flavor. This kit contains: 6 lbs. Light malt extract, Munich, Crystal and Black Patent malt; Northern Brewer an Fuggle hops; and either Wyeast British or White Labs English II liquid yeast. Or you can choose dry yeast below. You can also choose wether or not we should crack the grains for you, or leave them intact for longer storage ( > 30 days). We will make every attempt to satisfy your hop preference, however some substitutions may happen. For instance some European hops are only available in pellet form.
