PhytoLab Whole Flax Seed, 16oz

PhytoLab Flax Seed features whole brown flax seeds (Linum usitatissimum) in a generous 16oz pouch. The simple, single-ingredient format makes this loose flax seed easy to inspect and measure, while the clear package window displays the smooth, naturally colored seeds inside. For a traditional flax seed infusion, pour 1 cup of boiling water over 1 teaspoon of seeds. Allow the mixture to steep for 1 hour, then strain. The package directions recommend taking 1/2 cup twice daily. Store in a cool, dry place and keep out of reach of children.
