Add A Phone Number

*To add a phone number tag: add a phone number tag to your cart and leave your phone number in the notes section at checkout! Please review your phone number to ensure accuracy. Once your tag is ordered your phone number cannot be changed! *Only one phone number per tag. Two phone number tags max. *Phone numbers will be stamped on a separate circular tag and added behind the name tag. Unfortunately stamping directly onto the back of the name tag drastically affects the quality of the design on the name tag. Stamping on a separate tag also helps with legibility of the phone number.
