Bella Philly Steaks Sirloin

Authentic South Philly Quality, Delivered to Your Door. At Di Bruno Bros., we believe in doing the classics right. We’re bringing quality back to the Cheese Steak with Bella Brand Steak. Crafted from 100% USDA domestic beef sirloin, these steaks are chunked, lightly marinated, and thinly sliced to ensure that perfect "chipped" texture and juicy, savory flavor that defines the world’s most famous sandwich. Cooking Instructions: At medium heat place steak on grill. Cook for about 1 minute and turn. Chip the steak by holding with one  spatula and pushing off or “chipping”  with a second spatula. Cook for another minute. Be sure to  cook thoroughly. Place your favorite cheese on top to melt  and add onions or peppers or mushrooms  and cover with a sliced “hinged”, crusty roll.  When cooked, lift with spatula, and turn  over the roll. * Suggested cooking temp at 350ºF Why You’ll Love It: Premium Sirloin: Made from 100% USDA domestic beef for a superior, clean beef flavor.  High-Protein Fuel: Each 4 oz serving contains 19g of protein and only 110 calories.
