Phelsuma Passion

Phelsuma Passion is the newest addition to the Blue River Diets® range — a complete, nutritionally balanced diet formulated specifically for Day Geckos (Phelsuma species). Developed using the most up-to-date understanding of wild feeding ecology, this blend mirrors the natural fruit–nectar–pollen diet consumed by Phelsuma in the wild. Made with over 60% real fruit, elevated bee pollen (5%), natural honey, and added probiotics, Phelsuma Passion provides clean energy, balanced protein, and a full vitamin/mineral profile for geckos at all life stages. WHY IS IT IDEAL FOR PHELSUMA SPECIES? Day Geckos are active, sun-driven lizards with naturally high daytime energy demands. Phelsuma Passion supports their specific biology by providing: Nectar-like sweetness that encourages natural foraging behavior Fruit-based carbohydrates for rapid, clean energy Low-fat formulation to prevent obesity and fatty-liver risk Bright, natural fruit aroma that triggers feeding response A complete nutrient profile tailored to active diurnal geckos This species-appropriate approach results in better feeding consistency, healthier body condition, and more vibrant colouration. Note about Expiration Dates: Some customers have noticed that the expiration dates on our latest Blue River Diets shipment appear shorter than expected. Please rest assured, these dates are written in UK date format (day/month/year). For example, an expiration date listed as 1/9/2026 should be read as September 1, 2026, not January 9, 2026.
