Phantasm powder is made from thiol-loaded New Zealand Sauvignon grapes. It can bring out passionfruit, grapefruit, white wine, berry, guava, and other fruit flavors, especially when paired with a yeast engineered to release thiols. Available in homebrew-friendly sizes from Asheville Brewers Supply. UsageUse 14–28 grams per gallon (0.5–1 oz per gallon), typically added during the whirlpool at 180°F. The right amount varies with your yeast, hop selection, and when you add Phantasm.
