Likewise, they are compatible with most common sound recording apps and programs. The USB connector on the u384 plugs directly into a USB C jack, becoming a small and portable recording unit. An extension cable and/or other types of USB jacks may also be used, with an adapter (not included). For professional use/best recording quality, we recommend the microphone be extended at least ~10 feet (or more) above ground.
