Peter Luger Bacon - Extra Thick Cut (12oz pack)

This Peter Luger Steakhouse Extra Thick Cut Bacon is made from premium pork belly, cured and sliced thick to deliver the bold, savory flavor the iconic steakhouse is known for. Unlike standard bacon, these slices are substantial and meaty, with a rich balance of fat and lean that renders beautifully when cooked. The result is bacon that’s crisp on the outside, tender inside, and deeply flavorful—never thin or brittle. This is the same style of bacon served alongside steaks at one of the most famous steakhouses in the world, designed to stand up to hearty plates and serious appetites. Why Peter Luger Bacon? Peter Luger has been synonymous with steakhouse excellence for over a century. Their bacon reflects that same philosophy: Bold flavor Generous cuts No shortcuts It’s bacon meant to be noticed. How to Enjoy Pan-sear slowly to render fat evenly Oven-roast for crisp edges and juicy centers Excellent with eggs, burgers, or as a steakhouse side Also ideal for wrapping meats or elevating sandwiches Low and slow cooking yields the best results.
