Pete the P.O.'d Postal Worker Issue #4 Independence Day

What is thought to be crank letter to “Conad the Alien” is given to Pete with the order, “Deliver it or don’t come back.” Pete always delivers, ALWAYS, ‘till death do us part.’ Sure enough Pete finds the alien. The alien not only refuses to take delivery but has captured Pete and will consume him. He is the scout to a massive invasion force arriving shortly for a fast-food stop. Their method of consuming food is like earth’s spiders. They suck the contents of their capture, leaving an empty shell. The alien invasion will disrupt all mail service. To make matters worse, Conad belittles and laughs at the archaic form of communication. It took two issues to finish all the killing that results.
