Peruvian Lily Leaf Pendant in Fine Silver

This Pendant was created using a real Alstroemeria leaf. Thin layers of Metal Clay paste were painted onto the leaf until there was a substantial thickness. It was then fired in a kiln where the leaf completely burn away leaving its lasting impression in solid .999 Fine Silver. A Sterling Silver ring was then attached and fused closed before finally adding a patina to bring out all the details. Alstroemeria leaves are unique because they are Resupinate, meaning they grow upside-down on the stems. Approximate size: 1 5/8in (4.13cm) high x 1/2in (1.27cm) wide. The exact pendant pictured is the one you will receive. Comes on a 22in (55.88cm) fully adjustable Sterling Silver rolo chain. Pendant come boxed.
