Why Peru Lima Cafe Coffee Beans? Grown at high altitudes in Cajamarca’s lush valleys, these Peruvian coffee beans thrive in rich soils and a tropical climate, nurtured by the 400-member Lima Coffee cooperative.  Led by Rony Lavan, this group won Peru’s national cupping competition in its first year, a proof of their dedication to quality. Their organic Peru coffee, reminiscent of the storied Papachay Peruvian coffee tradition, is shade-grown and hand-processed, ensuring every bean bursts with flavor. The journey of this coffee from Peru is remarkable. Farmers meticulously pulp and ferment cherries, then sun-dry them to lock in the fruit-forward profile. Unlike larger beans grown at higher altitudes, these smaller Peru coffee beans deliver concentrated sweetness, as noted in reviews praising their smooth texture.  Sustainability defines this Peruvian coffee. As the world’s first carbon-negative coffee, each pound supports tree-planting, removing more CO2 than its production emits. The Organic and Kosher certifications ensure ethical sourcing, while Fair Trade premiums fund community projects.  For the best cup, grind your Peruvian coffee beans fresh and try a pour-over to highlight the fruity notes or a French press for a richer body.  Organic Fair Trade Kosher
