Persuasion

Persuasion is a complex and richly layered mixed media work that showcases the artist's mastery of textural abstraction and expressive mark-making. The piece is densely packed with visual information, creating a compelling surface that rewards close examination. The composition is built around a warm palette dominated by earth tones - rich browns, burnt oranges, and ochres with strategic accents of blue and white that provide cool contrast and visual breathing space. The layering is extensive, with multiple applications of paint, drawing, and collage elements creating a palimpsest, like surface where different layers peek through and interact. Medium: Oil on paper. Dimensions: 22" X 30". A contemporary wooden 1" frame paired with non-reflective, shatterproof acrylic lends the piece a refined, museum-quality presentation. Made in USA.
