Personalized Cigar & Glencairn Coaster – Reclaimed Barrel Stave

Personalized Cigar & Glencairn Coaster Handcrafted from Reclaimed Barrel Staves Keep your pour and cigar in one polished spot. We mill authentic whiskey barrel staves into compact coasters, carve a recess for a Glencairn glass, and notch the opposite side so a cigar rests without rolling away. Add your initials, logo, or gift message and choose whether the engraving lives on the top face or the side edge. Highlights Reclaimed white oak: Each block still shows the char and patina from its distillery life. Built-in cigar cradle: Holds standard and 60-ring cigars without scorching the surface. Glass-ready pocket: CNC-cut to fit Glencairn glasses or the optional glass we ship with the “with glass” variants. Steel hoop accent: Real galvanized barrel hoop plate riveted to the end for extra character. Personalization included: Laser engraving on the top or side—no upcharge. How to Personalize Select “Top” if you want your engraving visible with the glass seated; choose “Side” for a subtle edge mark. Enter the engraving text (name, initials, date, or logo instructions) in the order notes at checkout. Pick one of the numbered fonts from the included chart or let us match your branding. Need a logo? Upload a black-and-white vector or email it after checkout—no extra fee. Finish Options Dark Walnut: Deep brown with charred edges. Red Mahogany: Warm tone that pairs with copper and brass barware. Natural Oak: Light, rustic, and shows off the grain. Specs & Care Approx. 8" L × 3" W × 1" H (each stave varies slightly).
