Personalized 5.5" Utility Knife (ACUTO440)

After 10 years of R&D, the next generation of Misen knives is here—and they’re the best knives we’ve ever made. Our new blades are forged from AICHI ACUTO440, an innovative high-carbon stainless steel that’s also (drumroll, please) totally rust-proof. Add a redesigned pinch grip for added comfort, and the same razor-sharpness and edge retention of our bestselling original knives, and you’ve got a pro-quality knife that you can use every day. Our 5.5 inch Utility Knife is a Misen staff favorite, perfect for tasks when the Chef’s Knife is too bulky and the Paring Knife is too delicate. The Utility Knife is the perfect size for halving cherry tomatoes, de-seeding and mincing jalapeños, slicing cheese and salami for a charcuterie board, or supreming citrus. Cooks with smaller hands also love the Utility Knife as an alternative to the Chef’s Knife.
