Personal Healing

Each of us, at some point in our lives, will experience a crisis in our physical well-being. When that time comes, how will you prepare spiritually and energetically to heal yourself? On Personal Healing, Caroline Myss answers questions crucial to anyone in the midst of such a challenge: How do you gather the spiritual power necessary to recover from an illness? Why do some people respond well to medical treatments and alternative therapies, while others do not? What specific energetic practices can you begin to use immediately to support healing? In this fascinating and briskly paced distillation of her core insights, Caroline Myss explores: The healing power of "present time" awareness Ways to retrieve the aspects of your spirit lost or "bartered" to others How forgiveness releases the "anchors" that keep old wounds open Inner alchemy—how you affect your physical conditions through the direction and movement of the spirit, and more Most of us know instinctively that we must rally our spiritual and energetic resources in order to heal. Now, here is an opportunity to join Caroline Myss as she offers a sweeping paradigm for reclaiming that power, with Personal Healing. This program was recorded at St. James Palace in London in honor of holistic health pioneer Penny Brohn, founder of the Bristol Cancer Centre. It includes closing remarks by His Royal Highness the Prince of Wales, a long-time advocate for alternative healing in Great Britain.
