Perseverance Worksheets (3 Pages)

There are moments when quitting feels easier than trying again, especially when challenges seem too big or progress feels slow. Perseverance is what helps people keep going, even when the outcome isn’t clear yet. It’s a skill that grows with practice, and it shapes how individuals face goals, struggles, and even setbacks in everyday life. The Perseverance Worksheets feature three worksheets—My Perseverance Ladder, My Perseverance Journey, and My Perseverance Commitment. Clients can set goals, create a step-by-step plan for reaching them, create a pledge to keep themselves motivated, and more. As kids and teens move through each section, they begin to understand perseverance as a steady progress. To extend their learning, families or classrooms can create a “perseverance board”—a shared space to post small wins, quotes, or weekly challenges that show how effort leads to improvement. We recommend encouraging young people to revisit their worksheets, so they can stay motivated. These worksheets pair nicely with our All About Perseverance handout. *This item is an instant digital download. A link to download your files will be emailed to you once payment is confirmed.
