Racine-based artist Leslie Perrino crafted these stunning enamel earrings depicting colorfully adorable marshmallow PEEPS® in celebration of several of the RAM Annual International PEEPS Brand Art Exhibitions. Perrino is known for creating impeccable enameled jewelry as well as a series of work made from scrapped computer motherboards. Her designs are influenced by the relationship between the universality of myth and multimedia experiences. Perrino is a full-time artist and teacher in Racine, Wisconsin, where she maintains a home studio. She is faculty and coordinator of the Jewelry Department at the Evanston Art Center, and is also an adjunct professor teaching jewelry at the College of Lake County.
