Performer Seven Realistic Silicone Penis Extender

Often used as sexual aids for people experiencing erectile dysfunction, PPAs or penis extenders can also be used by those who would simply like to add length and girth to their penis. They can assist with a partial erection.  The Performer Seven Realistic Silicone Penis Extender is designed to fit around the penis at the shaft and wrap around the testicles with the ring. Using your favorite water-based lube, gently slide the shaft over your shaft, pull the ring open wide, slip your testicles into the ring, and gently relax the ring. **We said gently!** Who does this fit? Compared to the Vixskin Ride On, this sleeve is a similar, mid-size length and girth for the receiving partner, but has more room for the wearer on the inside, and is a LOT stretchier, so will fit a lot more folks.  We recommend measuring your penis at various states of arousal to get the most accurate average of length and girth. You want the toy to fit snugly around your penis so you experience friction, but not too tight to be painful. The easiest way to find measurements is to grab a piece of string, wrap it around the different parts of the penis during different states of arousal, and then measure the string.
