Our Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit is the ultimate upgrade to maximize the potential of your BMW F-Series model, from the 5 Series to the 7 Series, especially for the BMW 535i. Your BMW deserves the best, and our kit will ensure that you get just that. Experience a noticeable increase in performance and optimized cooling! Why our intercooler is the best choice for your BMW F-series: Massive performance increase through optimized cooling: With stepped mesh dimensions of 570 mm x 302 mm x 100 mm, our intercooler offers an impressive 92% larger flow area and an astonishing 97% more charge air volume compared to the factory cooler. This means that your engine receives significantly more cool, dense air, resulting in a noticeable increase in performance, improved combustion, and ultimately greater efficiency. Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: The end boxes of the cooler are made of cast aluminum and have been optimized for the best possible internal airflow using CAD designs and integrated internal baffles. This guarantees excellent airflow and minimizes back pressure compared to the stock cooler. Our high-performance mesh is specially designed to provide excellent cooling properties and reduce the thermal load on your engine. Easy plug-and-play installation: Installation is done by simply replacing the OEM intercooler. No complicated adjustments are necessary. Our kit is completely ready to install and provides a smooth plug-and-play experience, allowing you to quickly reap the benefits. Highest quality & durability: Weighing only 15 kg, the cooler is robust yet designed for performance. All our intercoolers feature a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties to ensure long-lasting and optimal cooling. We subject all our products to rigorous quality control to ensure they meet the highest standards.
