Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit for BMW E6x

Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit for BMW E60/E61 ? 95% more volume & plug & play Maximum performance for your BMW! Our Wagner Tuning Performance Intercooler Kit is the ultimate solution for unlocking the full potential of your BMW E60/E61, E63/E64, and other models. Your BMW deserves the best when it comes to performance and efficiency. Why our intercooler is the best choice for your BMW: Outstanding cooling performance & enormous volume: With stepped intercooler core dimensions of 530 mm x 244 [134] mm x 150 [50] mm and a volume of 13.5 liters, our intercooler offers an impressive 87% larger flow area and an astonishing 95% more charge air volume than the standard cooler. This means more fresh air for your engine, resulting in improved combustion, increased power, and a noticeable increase in torque. Optimal airflow & minimized back pressure: The high-performance core offers excellent cooling properties. The free-form end boxes made of cast aluminum were developed in a CAD system to ensure the best possible internal airflow and minimize back pressure compared to the stock intercooler. The result: your engine can breathe more freely and unleash its full power. Easy plug & play installation: Installation is done by simply replacing the OEM intercooler 1:1. You can even continue to use the original intercooler hoses, which makes installation even easier. The kit is completely ready to install and provides a true plug & play experience. Highest quality & durability: Weighing only 9.8 kg, the cooler is lightweight despite its solid construction. All our intercoolers are coated with a high-quality anti-corrosion coating with excellent thermal conductivity properties. This guarantees long-lasting and optimal cooling. We place great emphasis on quality and continuously monitor the manufacturing of our products to ensure that they meet the highest standards.
