Peregrine 16 Women's

A long-time favorite among trail runners, the Peregrine has built its reputation as a true all-rounder. It's agile enough for speed, stable enough for rugged terrain, and cushioned enough for long adventures. Now, the Saucony Peregrine 16 features a revamped midsole with 4 mm more PWRRUN foam. This gives you a more energetic and protective ride, especially when longer miles, back-to-back days, or punishing paths start to add up. Its base is slightly wider for added inherent stability, and the updated outsole packs a punch: Vibram Megagrip Traction Lugs deliver class-leading traction over rocks, roots, and slick surfaces. Despite the extra cushioning, the Peregrine 16 keeps its weight impressively close to the previous version, proving you can get extra comfort and grip without slowing down. Up top, the high-strength mesh is fine-tuned for a secure fit through the heel and forefoot, while bold new colorways give the shoe a faster and energetic look. Better than ever, the Saucony Peregrine 16 trail running shoe is still the go-to multi-tool—reliable, grippy, and ready for anything from trail daily training to technical mountain missions.
